compartmap 1.0.2

  • Modified the overall smoothing parameters for (sc)ATAC-seq compartments from k=5 to k=2 (corresponds to 5 bin smoothing)

  • Modifed which singular vector was returned from the right (PC-1) to the left

  • The right singular vector is now being used to return QC information regarding the compartments
